Role Overview

The Visa Counsellor is responsible for guiding students and clients through the entire visa application process. This includes providing accurate information, assisting with documentation, maintaining strong communication, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation to clients regarding overseas study, work, or tourist visa options.
  • Assess client profiles and suggest suitable countries/programs.
  • Assist clients with visa documentation, application forms, and filing procedures.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with students to ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Stay updated with latest visa rules, embassy guidelines, and immigration policies.
  • Coordinate with admission teams, embassies, and VFS centers when required.
  • Maintain data, records, and update CRM/office software.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high visa success rate.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication in English, Hindi, Punjabi (as needed).
  • Good knowledge of international education systems & visa processes (training provided if fresher).
  • Customer handling skills and ability to explain processes clearly.
  • Attention to detail in documentation.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM).

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Graduation in any field.
  • Preferred: Experience in visa counselling, overseas consultancy, or customer service.

Salary

  • Competitive salary + incentives (based on performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
