MR Assistant at Vasai east in Mumbai

Qualification: BE / Diploma ( Mechanical/ Production/ Plastic/ Automobile / Electrical / Electronics)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years experience in Automotive Industry, Knowledge of IATF 16949, Internal Audit, PPAP and APQP documentation.
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai
Age: 25 to 40 yrs
Gender: Male

Target Companies: Any IATF certified Electrical / Mechanical parts mfg company, Switches and Sensors will be most prefered

Responsibilities
A. Clear IATF audit by TUV :
1. Execute training sessions as per plan
2. Execute the meetings and prepare MOM
3. Prepare action plan along with auditee for the NCs and close the same.
4. Notify all the HODs regarding IATF audit schedule and ensure their presence.

B. Internal audit planning and execution for all department In line with IATF requirement.
1. Support and execute the internal audit
2. collect audit observation sheets and Ncs from auditors
3. Summarize the audit observation and send Ncs to concern HODs.
4. Follow up with auditees for submission of action plan

C. Process & Product Audit for existing parts
1. Plan and conduct process audits
2. Notify PPC and IPQA regarding process audit plan and availability.
3. Review the audit NCs observed during audit with auditee and collect improvement evidences.
4. Keep and save records of Process audits for IATF audits.

D. Product Audit for NPD parts
1. Plan and conduct product audits
2. Notify NPD Team regarding product audit plan and availability.
3. Review the audit NCs observed during audit with auditee and collect improvement evidences.
4. Keep and save records of Product audits for IATF audits.
E. Initiate quality driven culture through QC story , yellow belt certification & competition participations outside company
1. Co-ordinate and execute the trainings (internal/external)
2. Review the presentation prepared or external competition and make the necessary changes.
3. Arrange and ensure rehearsals of presentations before attending the competitions

F. Management review meeting
1. Collect data for MRM from all departments.
2. Execute MRM as per schedule
3. Notify the open points to concern HODs and collect the actions

G. 2nd Party audits (of Customers)
1. Navigate and support during customers audit
2. Collect evidences from HODs during audit
3. Collect action plan from HODs and prepare action plan sheet

H. Customer Support
1. Collect data from HODs required by customers.
2. Arrange and tabulate the data and review with MR
3. Knowledge of IMDS submission

I. Initiate and promote Kaizen and Poka-yoke culture
1. Execute kaizen meetings
2. Collect kaizen idea sheets and review the same
3. Make PPT of before-After
4. Execute kaizen motivation trainings

J. PPAP Preparation for Engineering products
1. To prepare PPAP for Engineering Products
2. Submit the PPAP to customers and ensure to get approved PSW.

K. SPC , MSA and SOPs
1. Monitor the SPC plan and actual results with In-process QA
2. Prepare Plan of MSA and ensure it is done. Keep records of MSA.
3. Maintain list of SOPs and ensure the control

L. 5S and Safety
1. Ensure 5S & Safety throughout the organization by site visits and audits
2. Notify the issues to MR and HR

Key Requirements
1. Knowledge of IATF/ISO clauses
2. Knowledge of SPC, MSA & Its requirements
3. Practical Knowledge of PPAP required
4. Should have knowledge of Tool maintenance & validation
5. Knowledge of APQP, 7QC tools& IATF Core Tools
6. Knowledge of QP, FAIR & SOP
7. Certified internal auditor as per ISO/IATF
8. Should have Knowledge of processes/ parts and products.
9. At least 2-3 years Automotive industrial experience in process audits.
10. Good communication skill in English
11. Knowledge of PowerPoint
12. Good team leader
13. Should have leadership quality
14. Knowledge of PPAP, quality documents
15. Command on communication and presentation
16. Should have knowledge of 5S requirements
17. Knowledge of safety instruments and PPE
