Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive
Sales & Operations Executive
to support our business growth and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in LinkedIn marketing, online sales, and operations management, along with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.

Drive LinkedIn marketing activities – posting, outreach, and engagement with prospects.

Support the sales process by identifying leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling calls.

Prepare reports, maintain CRM/records, and track performance metrics.

Act as a point of contact for UK clients, ensuring timely communication and high-quality service.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver results.

Must-Have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, operations, or business support roles.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and online sales strategies.

Strong knowledge of operations processes (coordination, reporting, follow-up).

Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal (client-facing role).

Ability to work in UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) from office.

Experience with CRM tools, lead management systems, or email marketing platforms.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data tracking.

Qualifications

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Must be willing to join within 30 days or sooner.
