Recruiting Function: Content Execution & Delivery (CED)

The Content Execution & Delivery(CED) function in QuoDeck works towards managing designing, developing, and executing game-based learning content and videos for external clients through a large marketplace of approved vendors.

CED works closely with other teams in areas such as sales, tech and key account management. The function's focus is to deliver creative, innovative, understandable, and engaging learning content, while following a set of streamlined processes that reduce time to delivery, as well as assure quality. The CED team interacts and manages vendors in getting the delivery in time, ensuring the process is followed and the output is as per scope put down.

CED represents QuoDeck in its interactions with clients and vendors.

Position: Project Manager

Brief

QuoDeck is looking for a full-time project managers with its CED team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling the Content development projects, Vendor management, Vendor onboarding, negotiation skills as well as strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. He/She will be expected to prepare and maintain progress updates of the project with respect to the vendors working on it and presenting it to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved.

Objectives of this Role

  • Build and develop the vendor team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that vendor adheres to project requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day- to-day update on project status and weekly updates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and onboard vendors time to time with the best capability and requirement
  • Establish process to manage, review, and track the vendors performance on weekly/monthly basis
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
  • Structure and manage deployment, multi-track project performance databases for elearning projects, with an eye on overall progress.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers
  • Monitor and assign vendors appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed— escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
  • Ensure process adherence – self, QA and Vendor
  • Performance evaluation of the project
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹420,000.00 per year
