SAP FICO

Provide expert-level consultancy for SAP FICO and SAP FSCM modules.

• Analyze and understand business processes and align IT goals accordingly.

• Manage and support 24x7 IT engagements, ensuring adherence to ITSM frameworks.

• Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ITAR and SOX.

• Conduct impact analysis and effort estimation for various projects.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, focusing on ticket reduction.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and achieve clarity.

• Work within Agile (Scrum) and DevOps frameworks.

• Support cloud environment projects and adhere to project-specific processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in SAP FICO with good consulting exposure; SAP FI or SAP CO certification is advantageous.

• Experience with SAP FSCM, including Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.

• Knowledge of moving average costing, particularly in O&G commodity implementations.

• Experience with COPA (Controlling-Profitability Analysis).

• Capability to handle organizational structure changes.

• Comprehensive understanding of USA taxation.

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

• Ability to work with multiple Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products integrated with SAP FI/CO.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to ITSM frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow.

• Experience with ITAR and SOX compliance.

• Experience in cloud-based environments.
