Senior Prompt & Content Engineering Lead (LLM + Marketing/Knowledge Systems)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Prompt & Content Engineering Lead to drive innovation at the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), enterprise knowledge systems, and marketing content automation. This individual will serve as a bridge between AI engineering, marketing, and knowledge management teams designing reusable prompt systems, developing structured knowledge frameworks, and enabling AI-powered content creation for enterprise-scale use cases.

You will play a key role in shaping how our organization creates, structures, and optimizes content — from thought leadership and RFP proposals to knowledge repositories — by embedding advanced prompt engineering methodologies and generative AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and optimize system prompts, agent roles, and persona-driven prompt libraries.
• Build enterprise prompt & knowledge playbooks for reuse across consulting/workflows.
• Work with SMEs and marketing to create structured knowledge content.
• Implement Content Operations Pipelines for structured taxonomies and prompt evaluation.
• Manage AI-assisted content creation for whitepapers, websites, and RFP proposals.

Prompt Systems & Knowledge Framework Design

• • Architect, design, and maintain a centralized prompt engineering framework supporting different personas, contexts, and enterprise workflows.
• • Develop and manage persona-based prompt libraries, optimizing tone, structure, and intent for varied content outcomes (e.g., consulting summaries, sales decks, or web copy).
• • Create prompt evaluation pipelines to benchmark quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across AI-generated content.
• • Collaborate with LLM platform teams to refine model tuning, context window optimization, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) integrations.

AI-Driven Knowledge & Content Systems

• • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert domain expertise into structured, queryable knowledge bases.
• • Implement knowledge taxonomy frameworks, metadata tagging standards, and ontology-driven search for scalable reuse.
• • Integrate AI knowledge assistants and internal chatbots for marketing, RFP support, and knowledge discovery.

Content Operations & Workflow Automation

• • Lead the development of AI-assisted content operations pipelines, enabling automated drafting, review, and approval of content across teams.
• • Define quality control workflows and metrics for prompt effectiveness, including relevance, brand tone, and factual accuracy.
• • Establish governance standards for AI content lifecycle management — from prompt curation to final delivery.

AI-Assisted Content Development

• • Oversee AI-enabled content generation for thought leadership materials, case studies, whitepapers, marketing campaigns, and RFP proposals.
• • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales enablement teams to align messaging and narrative tone.
• • Utilize LLMs to accelerate insight generation, competitive analysis, and knowledge synthesis across verticals.

Leadership & Collaboration

• • Lead a small team of prompt engineers, content strategists, and knowledge curators.
• • Partner closely with Marketing, Presales, Delivery, and AI CoE teams to align generative AI initiatives with business goals.
• • Evangelize best practices in prompt engineering, AI ethics, and data governance across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Skills:

• • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing operations, or knowledge management, with at least 2–3 years in LLM / prompt engineering or AI content systems.
• • Strong understanding of LLM frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• • Expertise in designing structured prompt frameworks, few-shot prompting, and prompt performance tuning.
• • Proficiency with content pipeline tools (Markdown, CMS, Miro, Notion, Airtable, or similar).
• • Experience building and managing enterprise knowledge systems or AI knowledge assistants.

Preferred Skills:

• • Familiarity with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other prompt orchestration frameworks.
• • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) for retrieval-augmented workflows.
• • Exposure to marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud).
• • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication abilities — with sensitivity to brand tone and audience context.
• • Prior experience in consulting, IT services, or enterprise marketing environments preferred.
