  • Target Achievement:Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interaction goals.
  • Reporting:Generating reports and updating management on call progress and customer feedback.
  • Market Research:Conducting research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
