About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Tele Callers to join our Sales Team in Raebareli. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products/services, and generate quality leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote company products/services and explain details clearly.
• Follow up on leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound queries politely and efficiently.
• Maintain call records .
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification : (Graduation preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
