DescriptionTest Lead – Job Description
Years of Experience- 6-10 yrs
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all testing activities across multiple cargo software modules
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, integration, regression testing
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand the product and translate them into test scenarios
- Manage test environments, data setup, and automation frameworks
- Mentor and guide QA engineers, ensuring best practices in testing and documentation
- Track and report quality metrics, defect trends, and release readiness
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., IATA, customs, freight regulations)
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
