Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and LLM fine-tuning (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Llama 2, Claude, etc.). You will work on cutting-edge AI projects, integrating LLMs into scalable solutions while ensuring performance, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Python-based AI/ML applications with a focus on LLM integration.
  • Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, etc.) for specific use cases.
  • Implement NLP pipelines for text processing, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Work with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI API.
  • Develop RESTful APIs (FastAPI, Flask) to serve AI models and integrate them with applications.
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for production environments.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and generative AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML.
  • Strong background in NLP, deep learning, and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or similar LLM frameworks.
  • Proficiency in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Experience with API development (FastAPI/Flask) and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for RAG applications.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning (RLHF) for LLM alignment.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or research papers.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
