Job Title: Fitter – Welding Industry

Location: Warpp Engineers Pvt Ltd Vasai East

Department: Production / Fabrication

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Fitter with strong expertise in welding and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assembling, fitting, and finishing metal components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Mark and cut metal components to required dimensions using hand tools and machines.
  • Assemble, fit, and align metal parts before welding.
  • Assist welders in preparing joints and fixtures for welding operations.
  • Perform grinding, finishing, and inspection of fabricated components.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and quality standards.
  • Report defects, damages, and deviations to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG/TIG/Arc) and fabrication techniques.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
  • Good knowledge of cutting, drilling, and grinding tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of safety standards in the welding/fabrication industry.

Qualification:

  • ITI / Diploma in Fitter or Mechanical trade (Preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years and up to 5 years in a welding/fabrication industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
