Role Overview

We are looking for a Composite Engineer with hands-on experience in composite material design, manufacturing, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of composite layup techniques, resin systems, and structural analysis to support production and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in design, fabrication, and testing of composite structures for UAVs and aerospace components.

  • Work on lamination, molding, curing, trimming, and assembly of composite parts.

  • Support in process optimization and ensuring adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including layup plans, work instructions, and inspection reports.

  • Perform material characterization and participate in prototype builds and validation testing.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in composite fabrication areas.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering (or related field).

  • 1–2 years of experience in composite manufacturing or R&D (preferably in aerospace or automotive industry).

  • Knowledge of carbon fiber, fiberglass, resin systems, and curing techniques.

  • Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) is a plus.

  • Understanding of structural testing, quality inspection, and documentation.

  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
