Position : Omnichannel Data Architect.

Location : Chennai, India.

Job Type : Contract to Hire.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and document the current omnichannel campaign data collection setup across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
  • Create a migration plan to move campaign data tracking and governance into the Adobe ecosystem (AEP, CJA, AJO).
  • Define end-to-end campaign tagging governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across global marketing teams.
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure data integrity and seamless tracking integration.
  • Perform ongoing data quality checks and troubleshoot tagging or tracking issues.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement best practices for campaign tracking
  • Maintain a central campaign tracking repository to streamline reporting.

Must Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in marketing data architecture, digital analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Deep knowledge of campaign tagging, metadata/taxonomy design, and governance frameworks.
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer / Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models (rule-based, algorithmic, multi-touch, data-driven).
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics / GA4.
  • Familiarity with Advertising technologies (ad servers, DSPs, tracking pixels, programmatic platforms).
  • Working knowledge of BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
