  • Design and develop power electronic hardware for
    on-grid solar inverters
    including power stages and control boards.
  • Perform
    schematic design and multi-layer PCB layout
    with thermal, EMI/EMC, and safety considerations.
  • Develop and test
    embedded control algorithms
    such as MPPT, PWM control, inverter synchronization etc.

·       Program
microcontrollers/DSPs
and handle
hex code generation, flashing, and debugging
of control firmware.

  • Simulate power circuits and embedded control systems using tools like
    LTspice, Simulink, PSIM, PLECS
    .
  • Perform
    testing, validation, and debugging
    of hardware and firmware in the lab.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable
    grid
    standards
    and certifications. (IEC 62109, IEC 61727, UL 1741, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, manufacturing) throughout the product development cycle.
  • Support failure analysis, field issue diagnosis, and implementation of design improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics Engineering
    .
  • 3–7 years
    of experience in R&D of power electronics systems, especially solar inverters.
  • Proficiency in
    microcontroller programming
    (e.g., STM32, TI C2000, PIC, etc.) using
    C/C++
    and handling
    hex code builds and uploads
    .
  • Experience in
    designing and debugging embedded systems
    for real-time power control.
  • Strong expertise in
    power electronics circuit design (DC-DC, DC-AC)
    , component selection, and PCB layout.
  • Ability to work with
    testing instruments
    (oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyzer, logic analyzer, etc.).
  • Good understanding of
    inverter topologies
    , MPPT, battery integration, and protection strategies.
