Role Summary

The Assistant Architect Manager supports the architectural design and development process across all phases from conceptualization to execution. This role involves coordination with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure design integrity, compliance with regulations, and timely project delivery. You will assist in leading junior architects and oversee detailed drawings, material specifications, and on-site design implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development and Coordination

  • Assist in the development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed design proposals for landmark projects
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations in line with project objectives and brand aesthetics
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams to ensure design alignment across disciplines

Project Management and Compliance

  • Support the Lead Architect in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Ensure architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
  • Participate in site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-ground challenges

Innovation and Sustainability

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in architecture, materials, and green building technologies to propose innovative solutions
  • Integrate sustainable practices and value engineering into design processes

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Masters degree preferred
  • 4 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building systems
  • Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience with large scale landmark projects is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and Indian building codes
