Dietary Guidance: Provide expert advice on food as medicine, helping employees make informed choices regarding their diet based on their Prakriti and current health status.
Occupational Health and Stress Mitigation
Fatigue Management: Develop natural protocols to combat work-related fatigue, insomnia, and burnout, which are common across both physically demanding and administrative roles.
- Musculoskeletal Support: Provide Ayurvedic recommendations (e.g., herbal oils, mild svedana treatments) for the relief and prevention of common work-related back, neck, and joint pain.
Detoxification Support: Advise on gentle detox routines to support the health of employees who may be exposed to dust, pollutants, or other environmental stressors on the project site.
Inventory, Documentation, and Administration

- Licensure: Valid and current registration with the State/Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) or equivalent regulatory body.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification clinical practice. Preference for experience in corporate health, wellness retreats, or integrating Ayurveda into a multi-disciplinary health environment.
- Clinical Skills: Proven expertise in Prakriti and Vikriti assessment, Nadi Pariksha, and effective application of herbal pharmacology (Dravya Guna).
