This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-sales specialist based in Bengaluru. The Pre-sales specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, providing project details, arranging site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions for clients. Additional responsibilities include market research, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering presentations to prospects.
Required:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Customer Relationship Management experience
- Lead Generation and Prospecting skills
- Understanding of Real Estate industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a bonus
- Experience in sales or real estate is a plus
- Willing to travel. Current Project location will be Attibele-Sarjapur main Road
- Incentives available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
