  • Integrating user-facing elements using front-end technologies
  • Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Identifying and fixing bugs and performance bottlenecks
  • Managing database systems and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance
  • Implementing security and data protection measures
  • Unit testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Documenting code and participating in peer code reviews
  • Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Participating in the full software development lifecycle
  • Collaborating with the design team to deliver compelling user experiences
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Django developer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language
  • Experience with Django REST framework
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Understanding of the MVC design pattern
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Familiarity with ORM libraries and database design
  • Understanding of server-side templating languages
  • Experience with asynchronous programming
  • Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software
