Atal Community Innovation Centre - Vivekananda Global University Foundation (ACIC-VGU Foundation) supported by AIM (Atal Innovation Mission), Niti Aayog envisages to build and nurture the community in the state of Rajasthan including its Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities concerning the startup and innovation ecosystem for the sector of design & craft, handicrafts, lifestyle, fashion, and agriculture. The ACIC-VGU Foundation aims to reach the innovators at the bottom of the pyramid and give them equitable opportunities, especially by reducing the lab-to-land distance and creating a space for pre-incubating ideas and solutions. With state-of-the-art labs, equipment, mentorship, handholding support, funding opportunities, and co-working space, ACIC-VGU Foundation is here to create the upcoming Unicorns from Rajasthan.

Located within the Vivekananda Global University, VGU Campus, ACIC is a bustling incubation hub that will host ambitious entrepreneurs from the Jaipur community and elsewhere.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the new position.

Some of The Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with the CEO to design, develop and run Entrepreneurship activities within the university
  • Lead digital marketing for one of Rajasthan's top university-based incubation centers, supporting 
    130+ startups

across sectors.
- Drive
campaigns, content, and community engagement to amplify our startup programs, cohorts, and events
- Create an environment that encourages collaboration and community engagement
- Manage events, including planning, setup, execution, and follow-up
- Conducting and delivering sessions on entrepreneurship awareness
- Assist with onboarding new members, ensuring they have access to all necessary resources
- Develop and implement strategies to increase entrepreneurship activities within the university
- Collaborate with other departments of the university to coordinate events and entrepreneurship initiatives
- Own, develop, and execute a rolling calendar of operational and engagement strategies for the entire community, internally and externally, including - donors, startups, investors, incubators, institutes, corporates, mentors, advisors, and domain experts
- Good understanding and access to the entrepreneurship ecosystem to provide high-quality mentor and advisory support to entrepreneurs
- Responsible for gathering relevant information for any grant reporting and preparing and submitting grant reports where required
- Provide information for management reporting and prepare reports as necessary
- Perform as a liaison between the clients, businesses, and the incubator throughout the region

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
     with at least 3 months of relevant experience in 
    digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
    .
  • Strong skills in 
    designing and executing digital campaigns
    , SEO/SEM, and analytics-driven growth strategies.
  • Ability to 
    create engaging content
     (written, visual, and video) to promote programs, events, and startup success stories.
  • Experience in managing 
    brand presence
     and nurturing relationships within the 
    startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem
    .
  • Evidence of strong 
    organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
    , with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders – startups, corporates, universities, and community organizations.
  • Passion for 
    entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecosystem building
     with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
