The opportunity:We are looking for an experienced HR MIS Analyst who can independently manage, design, and deliver dashboards and reports across all HR streams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in dashboard creation, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
What you'll be doing:- Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards across all streams (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Life Cycle, etc.).
- Create accurate and insightful MIS reports, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support HR decision-making.
- Build interactive dashboards using Excel and visualization tools (Power BI is added advantage).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR systems.
- Partner with HR teams to understand reporting needs and convert them into meaningful dashboards.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Support audits and compliance requirements by providing HR data as needed.
- Identify trends, gaps, and insights through HR data analytics.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in HR Analytics / MIS / Dashboarding.
- Strong experience in managing dashboards across multiple HR streams.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data models.
- Ability to present data insights in a clear and visually engaging manner.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional HR teams.
