About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer with 5+ years of proven experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design. Youll play a key role in shaping our brand visuals, leading creative projects, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality visual designs for a variety of platforms, including:
  • Marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Social media graphics and ads
  • Web and mobile interface visuals
  • Print materials (brochures, posters, packaging)
  • Presentations and brand assets
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure designs align with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Conduct market and design trend research to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers or freelancers, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.
  • Take ownership of brand consistency across all touchpoints and suggest improvements when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

equired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Solid experience in creating branding systems and visual identities.
  • Good understanding of digital design principles (social media, web design, responsive design).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles or front-end tools.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Prior experience working in an agency or cross-functional creative team.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
