Position: Trainee Guest Services Associate (TGSA)

Function: Airport Operations

Interview Locations:

Note: After completion of 1 year, candidates may be absorbed as Guest Services Associate.

Job Purpose
To ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused ground handling operations at the airport.

The Trainee GSA will assist in passenger handling, baggage services, flight dispatch, and ramp coordination to ensure smooth turnaround of flights while adhering to company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver gold-class customer experience throughout the passenger journey.
  • Assist in check-in, boarding, and arrival processes.
  • Support documentation and verification of travel documents as per security and airline guidelines.
  • Coordinate baggage handling including tracing, loading/unloading, and reconciliation.
  • Assist passengers with special needs (UMNR, PRM, elderly passengers, etc.)
  • Liaise with ground handling partners, security, and airport authorities.
  • Support flight dispatch and turnaround activities under Duty Manager supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory processes.
  • Handle passenger queries and service recovery professionally.
  • Participate in structured on-the-job training across ground operations.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate from a regular college (No backlogs)

Passport is mandatory

Age below 25 years

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, DCS knowledge preferred)

Customer service-oriented with a calm and confident demeanor

Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends & holidays
