A Holiday Executive plays a crucial role in a travel agency company by assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries. This role involves handling holiday package inquiries, providing destination guidance, making travel and accommodation bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. The executive must stay updated with travel trends, pricing, and visa rules, while delivering personalized service to meet client expectations. Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills are key to thriving in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client preferences and suggest suitable holiday packages
- Coordinate hotel bookings, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and visas
- Provide destination information and travel advice
- Handle travel inquiries through email, phone, and walk-ins
- Prepare customized itineraries and cost estimates
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Manage client documentation and payment processes
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for smooth service delivery
- Handle post-travel feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle customer expectation.
- Basic computer and email handling skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
