Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales of construction chemicals, including waterproofing products, through the retail channel.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (construction chemicals preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction chemicals, particularly waterproofing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
