Role Description:

We are seeking a
highly competent and skilled Quality Engineer
to oversee and ensure the effective implementation of our
Quality Management System
at the plant. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in quality principles, hands-on experience in
inspection and process control
, and demonstrate a
proactive approach
toward continuous improvement, problem-solving.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Implement and maintain
    Quality Management Systems (QMS)
    in line with
    ISO 9001:2015
    standards.
  • Lead and monitor
    incoming, in-process, and final inspection
    activities to ensure product conformity.
  • Conduct
    root cause analysis (RCA)
    and implement
    Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
    for quality issues.
  • Prepare and maintain
    PPAP
    documentation and ensure customer-specific requirements are met.
  • Strong Knownledge on
    5S, Kaizen, FMEA, 7QC, 8D and SPC
    for continual improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of quality-related concerns.
  • Conduct
    internal audits, training, and quality awareness programs
    across the plant.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspection reports, deviations, and compliance reports.
