Aircraft Components and Assemblies
, ensuring

compliance with aerospace standards
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop
    Work Instructions
    ,
    Work Plans
    , and
    Process Plans
    using
    DELMIA DM tool on the 3DExperience platform
    for
    Aircraft Components and Assemblies build sequence
    .
  • Perform
    process planning
    ,
    methods planning
    , and
    producibility checks
    for
    aerospace structures
    .
  • Interpret
    Engineering Drawings
    ,
    EBOM & MBOM
    ,
    Task Lists
    ,
    Build/Routing Sequence
    , and
    Process Flow
    .
  • Create and standardize
    Detail Work Statements (DWS)
    , prepare
    business cases
    , and ensure
    process planning standardization
    .
  • Work extensively on
    DELMIA DM tool
    ,
    3DX platform
    , and
    CATIA V5
    for
    aerospace manufacturing engineering activities
    .
  • Collaborate with customers to understand scope, resolve queries, and deliver
    quality manufacturing engineering outputs
    per schedule.
  • Interface with offshore teams, guide engineers, and ensure
    compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards
    .

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in
    Manufacturing Engineering (ME) activities
    for
    aerospace programs
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Aircraft life cycle
    ,
    Fuselage
    , and
    Systems
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    DELMIA
    ,
    3DX platform
    ,
    CATIA V5
    , and
    MS Office
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of
    Aerospace industry standards
    and
    compliance requirements
    .
  • Experience in
    metallic and composite aero structures/components
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CAD tool CATIA V5
    and
    PLM tool ENOVIA
    .
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for
    customer interaction
    and
    team coordination
    .
