Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager (CA First attempt from real estate background) with a strong foundation in financial modeling and balance sheet finalization. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant who cleared in the first attempt and has hands-on experience in the real estate or infrastructure sector. This role demands sharp analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial statements, and the ability to drive strategic insights for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models for project evaluation, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Finalize standalone and consolidated balance sheets in compliance with accounting standards
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project financing and investment decisions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
  • Prepare investor presentations, board reports, and MIS dashboards
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Chartered Accountant (First Attempt) with 2 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in real estate industry.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and scenario analysis
  • Strong experience in balance sheet finalization and financial reporting
  • Exposure to real estate or infrastructure projects is mandatory
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
