We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated female Gym Center Head to oversee the complete operations of our fitness center. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of the fitness industry, excellent business acumen, and a commitment to providing an exceptional member experience. The Center Head will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales and revenue growth, and ensuring a safe, clean, and positive environment for our members.Key Responsibilities1. Staff Management and Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage all gym staff, including fitness trainers, front desk personnel, and support staff.
  • Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Lead by example, motivating the team to deliver high-quality service and meet club targets.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, goals, and new initiatives.

2. Sales and Business Development

  • Drive membership sales, renewals, and retention through proactive marketing and promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, local partnerships, and community events, to attract new members.
  • Manage client inquiries and follow-ups, professionally converting leads into new members.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Operations and Facility Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Ensure the facility and all equipment are clean, well-maintained, and safe for members.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, and place orders within budget constraints.
  • Manage the gym's management software, ensuring accurate tracking of memberships, billing, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations.

4. Member Experience and Retention

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered by all staff.
  • Handle all member feedback, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Create a welcoming and motivational atmosphere for members and staff.
  • Develop and promote programs, events, and challenges to keep members engaged and loyal.

5. Financial and Administrative Management

  • Prepare and manage the center's budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to enhance profitability.
  • Maintain accurate statistical and financial records.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, and contract management.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, membership, and operational metrics for management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
