As a Java Software Development Engineer III, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain software features in either Back end or Front end domains.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll be part of the Product & Technology Team, ensuring systematic and efficient development through all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver well-defined, moderately complex features.
• Debug and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Manage team meetings and RFC processes for proposing changes and improvements.
• Act as the initial on-call responder for team-managed software.
• Collaborate with team members, support new junior engineers, and mentor Software Engineers.
• Participate in hiring, prioritize intra-team initiatives, and contribute to process improvements.

• You can demonstrate clean coding practices and industry-leading technologies.
• Proficient in TypeScript and experienced with Angular, HTML/CSS, and CSS pre-processors.
• Skilled with Angular CLI, Nx, .NET Core, and C#.
• Nice to have : Working knowledge in Java, including modern features and frameworks.
• Strong in memory management, performance optimization, and software design.
• Experienced in version control, advanced programming concepts, and clean code practices.
• Knowledgeable in scalable architecture, testing strategies, and security principles.
• Familiar with Agile development, CI/CD, API integration, and application monitoring.
• Understands UI/UX principles and proactive in process improvement.
• Experience with modern build tooling and performance profiling.
• Expertise in continuous integration and observability tools.
• Strong skills in problem-solving within distributed architectures and object-oriented design.
• Proficient in algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
• Experience with database concepts (SQL, indexing, migrations) and API integration.
• Mentor and guide Software Engineers, and participate in hiring top talent.
