Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Nirmiti-The Design Studio, based in Surat. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive architectural designs and overseeing projects from conception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing and integrating architectural plans, collaborating with teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be involved in managing project timelines and maintaining high standards of architectural integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Experience in Project Management and coordination
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to architectural projects
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Professional licensure or certification is a plus
  • Experience in designing both residential and commercial spaces is desirable
