We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Risk Discovery
Business: Risk & Compliance
Principal responsibilities
- Test and support the Dynamic Risk Assesment's (DRA) capabilities in-order-to improve its management of financial crime risk.
- Play a key role in executing services that ensure the DRA can is operating within expectation in all markets across the Group.
- Be responsible for the identification of emerging risk and issues through use of the output from the DRA and financial crime case investigations.
- Take a key role in ensuring the DRA continues to be optimised to identify financial crime risk by working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and to drive change to the DRA.
- Provide financial crime subject matter expertise at all stages of the DRA's development and ongoing use.
Requirements :
- To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Financial Crime Compliance experience, ideally AML however an overall awareness of Financial Crime is key.
- An understanding of customer behavior, and able to demonstrate a good approach to Risk Management.
- Ability to understand and interpret data and communicate highlights in a succinct way, to varied audiences including senior management.
- The ability to work successfully across different geographies/cultures.
What additional skills will be good to have?
- A curious and agile mind, able to engage on a wide range of issues and acquire new knowledge.
- A flair for building relationships and willingness to proactively engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather information and influence outcomes.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as python and SQL.
