Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge located in Howrah. The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The role includes maintaining store records, handling customer queries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that the store is clean and well-organized. The Store Incharge will also manage staff, schedule shifts, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Diploma or degree in Business Management or related field
  • Previous experience in the conveyor or related industries is a plus
