Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled
MATLAB Operator with expertise in Flight Dynamics and Control
to support the development of UAVs and aircraft systems. The role involves modeling flight dynamics, processing aerodynamic and stability data, and assisting engineers in control system design, analysis, and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    6-DOF flight dynamics models
    in MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Process aerodynamic data to compute
    stability & control derivatives
    .
  • Support
    autopilot and flight control system design
    , tuning, and validation.
  • Simulate aircraft/UAV performance, stability, and handling qualities.
  • Conduct eigenvalue and time-domain analyses for stability evaluation.
  • Assist in developing
    trajectory simulations, guidance, and navigation algorithms
    .
  • Automate data workflows for flight dynamics and control system studies.
  • Document models, codes, and analysis results for engineering reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    MATLAB & Simulink
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    flight dynamics, stability, and control theory
    .
  • Knowledge of
    classical and modern control methods
    (PID, root locus, state-space, LQR, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze and visualize dynamic responses (step response, Bode plots, Nyquist, etc.).
  • Strong mathematical and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering (Flight Dynamics / Control).
  • Experience with
    autopilot system development for UAVs/aircraft
    .
  • Exposure to
    hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation
    and real-time testing.
  • Familiarity with
    flight test data processing
    and parameter estimation.
  • Knowledge of advanced control methods (adaptive control, robust control, MPC).
