We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital furniture or custom furniture manufacturing, with proven skills in team leadership, quality control, and factory process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and production targets are met.
  • Manage a team of production workers, fabricators, welders, and assemblers with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Plan and monitor manufacturing schedules, material flow, and manpower allocation.
  • Ensure all furniture products — especially hospital furniture — meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality assurance departments for seamless production.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and production costs.
  • Maintain machinery, tools, and factory infrastructure in good working condition.
  • Enforce health, safety, and compliance policies on the production floor.
  • Prepare daily production reports and update management on output and issues.
  • Train and motivate production staff to maintain high performance and discipline.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or hospital furniture production.
  • Strong understanding of metal fabrication, welding, powder coating, assembly, and finishing processes.
  • Hands-on experience in factory floor management and workforce supervision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles will be an added advantage.
