Job Description :As a Power Apps & Process Automation Specialist at our Crypto Bank, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in MS Power Apps, Power Automate, and process modeling to streamline and enhance our operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions tailored to meet the dynamic demands of the crypto banking industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using MS Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Utilize your knowledge and exposure to the crypto industry to integrate relevant features and functionalities into our applications.
• Employ process modeling techniques such as flowcharts, BPMN 2.0, and ideally CMMN to analyze, visualize, and optimize business processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the banking domain, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adapt quickly to evolving technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our systems and processes.
• Demonstrate a high degree of self-organization, proactive thinking, and initiative in contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of implemented solutions.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in MS Power Apps and Power Automate with a proven track record of implementing solutions in a professional environment.
• Knowledge or exposure to the crypto industry is highly beneficial.
• Expertise in process modeling techniques such as flowcharts, BPMN 2.0, and ideally CMMN.
• Familiarity with banking processes is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a highly flexible and adaptive work environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong self-organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus.
