Job Overview:
Carp Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth dispatch coordination. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can lead a small warehouse team and ensure efficient material handling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Keep stock records and prepare daily inventory reports.
- Ensure proper stock rotation practices (FIFO/LIFO).
- Work with the sales, purchase, and accounts teams to coordinate material flow.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security.
- Verify quantities and quality during loading and unloading.
- Report damaged or missing goods promptly.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–8 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
- Technical: Working knowledge of MS Excel or billing/inventory software.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, time management, and leadership ability.
- Must be physically fit to handle warehouse supervision duties.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in trading or diagnostic supply companies.
- Understanding of transportation and dispatch coordination.
