About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy AI Designer to join our creative team at Hackite Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually captivating AI-generated videos, posters, and marketing creatives that reflect innovation, storytelling, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design AI-powered videos, posters, and social media creatives for campaigns, promotions, and branding.
  • Use AI tools such as Runway ML, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Firefly, Pika Labs, or Kaiber for generating visuals and animations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop creative storyboards and brand-focused visuals.
  • Edit and enhance generated outputs using video and design tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design trends, and social media formats.
  • Ensure all visuals maintain brand consistency and creative originality.
  • Work on short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and poster campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and creative quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong visual design sense and storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in AI design tools and traditional editing software.
  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies.
  • Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
  • 1+ year of experience in graphic design, video editing, or AI-based creative work.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous creative or AI-generated work
