They also need strong communication and negotiation skills to build customer rapport and handle objections professionally. Duties and responsibilities

  • Outbound calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, explain features, and generate interest.
  • Inbound call management: Answer incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead generation and sales: Follow up on leads, persuade customers to make purchases, and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Data management: Accurately record all customer interactions, update records in the database or CRM, and maintain call logs.
  • Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate details to customers.
  • Adherence to policies: Follow call scripts, company guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Performance monitoring: Work to achieve sales and engagement goals, and report to supervisors.
