Customer Support Intern Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Intern to assist our support team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and communication in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring issues
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the support experience
