Job Description
We're looking for someone for who's responsible for handling machinery involved in raw preparation, enrobing, filling, and packing, driving improvement projects, supporting changes, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Additionally, the role involves scheduling and planning preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of chocolate manufacturing machinery, including raw preparation, enrobing, filling, and packing machines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Improvement Projects
  • Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead and participate in projects aimed at optimizing machinery performance and reducing operational costs.
  • Support Changes and Documentation
  • Assist in implementing process changes and equipment upgrades as required.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and process modifications.
  • Preventive Maintenance Scheduling and Planning
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend machinery lifespan.
  • Shift Job (Rotational Shift)
  • Mechanical Problems trouble-shooting, produce data for BDA/Basic Root Cause Analysis and Development of Solution/CLIT
  • MTBF & MTTR records
  • Maintain the reliability-planning tool SAP PM- Knowledge
