Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet client business needs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Create and customize complex CPQ configurations, including product models and pricing rules.
  • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules and third-party applications.
  • Optimize existing CPQ solutions for performance and user experience.
  • Conduct testing of applications and ensure top-notch quality assurance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate CPQ adoption.
  • Write APEX code for custom validations and process automation.
  • Document CPQ configurations and architectural designs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to CPQ functionalities.
  • Participate in various phases of project lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and enhancements related to CPQ.
  • Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the CPQ process.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, particularly CPQ and its integration.
  • Expertise in APEX programming, Visualforce, and relevant Salesforce APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ best practices and configurations.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and delivering on-time results.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and data migration techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work outputs.
  • Salesforce Certifications such as CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Developer are preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
