Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Travel Consultant, based in Gurgaon, India. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring seamless planning and booking of flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services. You will provide travel advice, resolve client queries efficiently, and adhere to budgetary constraints. The role requires staying updated on travel industry trends and offering the best options to meet client needs. Strong customer service and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in travel booking systems, reservation tools, and ticketing platforms
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with experience arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle travel-related inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of travel trends, global destinations, and industry regulations
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a corporate travel consultant or in the travel and hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Familiarity with visa processing and travel documentation is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
