Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating user-cantered designs that enhance the overall user experience. Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, and other design tools is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Analyze user feedback and usability testing results to iterate on designs
- Design Development:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products

- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences
- Design Solution Implementation:
