  • Supports operational functions for partner account teams including accounts receivables, back bill revenue opportunities and usage related partner commercial activities to generate to high value revenue opportunities.
  • Help build, frame and support the partner contractual negotiations for Redistribution & Cosell agreements. Work with partner account managers on contract matters including negotiation, renegotiation, term sheets, etc.
  • Work closely with audit and compliance team and manage any partner discussions as the main point of contact for the Asia partner book of business.
  • Oversee all client overuse/misuse by analysing the agreements to determine any billing to be executed and/or work with Specialist team to build out any contract renegotiations needed for resolution.
  • Review contracts & agreements with account teams ongoing to ensure compliance.
