Job Description

We are seeking an 
experienced Termite Control Technician
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in termite inspection, treatment application, and preventive maintenance for commercial and industrial sites.

This is a 
contractual position
, and payment will be made 
on a commission basis or Salary basis (negotiable)
. The technician is expected to handle 
1–3 jobs per day
 depending on the workload and project schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct termite inspection and identify signs of infestation.
  • Apply appropriate termite treatment methods as per company standards.
  • Ensure safety protocols and proper chemical handling.
  • Maintain accurate service records and client reports.
  • Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction post-treatment.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for daily job scheduling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience
     in termite control or pest management.
  • Knowledge of various termite treatment techniques (pre- and post-construction preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred) and willingness to travel to job sites.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Compensation

  • Commission-based pay structure.
