Demand Planner

Job Purpose

To provide effective & end-to-end management of the Customer service / Supply Security for NA region- Right from ensuring clean demand to Supply Planning, to prioritizing supplies & ensuring last mile deliveries. Coordination for the products to ensure supply security for NA Market with optimum inventory levels.. Assists in developing the Supply Chain strategy and responsible for the implementation. Prepare & Report weekly MIS for driving focus & improvement.

Key Accountabilities (1/6)

I. Manage supply planning with manufacturing plants through periodic coordination of deliveries against plans based on SOP guidelines in weekly control tower meetings to ensure timely availability of finished goods.

• Daily monitoring of critical products and giving updates to all stake holders
• Communicate with CFTs for receipt of all supplies of all products

II. Manage with Technical team through weekly dialogue, product tracker to ensure availability of products at depots for meeting inventory norms.
• Co-ordinate with technical team for timely delivery of products along with prioritization based on space constraints and shift in demand.

III. Drive the S&OP cadence with Business for Integrated Reconciliation, giving end to end picture to Business.
• Bringing one supply number for Business sign-off. Highlighting Risks & Opportunities. Key decisions required from Business.

IV. Prepare & present weekly MIS for Senior Management.
• Drawing attention of Seniors on the Risks with proposed solutions to fast track the decision making, in terms of improving Serviceability Matrix – OOS & OTIFs.

MBA- Supply Chain Management

Relevant Work Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Industry with knowledge on Pharma regulations and framework with strong Interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills. Proficient in MS-office, data analytics & presentation.
