Your Roles and Responsibilities:
● Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
● Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable C/C++ Code.
● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
● Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
● Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
● Implement new technologies to maximize application performance
 
Experience and skill sets, we need you to have:
● 3-4 years of experience in C/C++ development on Embedded & POS devices.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
● Strong proficiency in C, C++ programming.
● Basic knowledge of Java is preferred.
● Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, multithreading.
● Key management and cryptographic standards (TDES/RSA).
● Experience working on different communication stacks such as Serial Port, GPRS, Ethernet, PSTN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc.
● Good knowledge in multi-threading, socket programming would be an advantage.
● Experience working on EMV and good knowledge in EMV specification and transaction flow would be an advantage.
● Experience working on POS(Point Of Sale) such as Verifone, Ingenico, Pax terminals would be an advantage
● Banking/payment domain knowledge would be an advantage.
● Good communication skill/ interaction with banks and customers on technical requirement gatherings and presentations.

● Good time-management and communication skills
● Good team management skills
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
● Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning will be an added advantage.
