Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) of Teemage builders pvt ltd. The PA will be responsible for managing the MD's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the MD's day-to-day activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes when required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
  • Organize and maintain office files and documents efficiently.
  • Assist in planning and execution of business events and meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to senior management, preferably MD or CEO level.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and highly professional.
