Hair Haux is a premium hair brand specializing in 100% Virgin Human Remy Hair Extensions, Clip-ons, Wigs, and Hair Toppers.

We are looking for a confident, creative, and multi-tasking female who can manage our store operations, marketing, content creation, and brand collaborations.

Job Role & Responsibilities

As our Brand & Marketing Manager, you will handle both offline and online sides of our brand:

Store & Sales Management

  • Manage daily store operations & customer experience
  • Handle walk-in clients confidently & professionally
  • Guide customers about products, shades, and styling options
  • Maintain store display, stock, and coordination with the team

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Plan, shoot, and appear in brand videos/reels confidently (no camera shyness)
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
  • Coordinate brand shoots, behind-the-scenes videos, and campaigns
  • Work with makeup artists, models, and influencers for collaborations
  • Handle basic photo/video editing and posting schedules

Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Manage social media pages and increase brand visibility
  • Handle collaborations, influencer outreach, and promotional campaigns
  • Do basic email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and customer follow-ups
  • Coordinate with website developer for updates and promotions
  • Work on brand growth strategies to increase sales online & offline

Requirements

  • Female candidate only (presentable, confident & camera-friendly)
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Instagram, reels, ads, Canva, etc.)
  • Multi-tasking ability to handle store + marketing + collaborations
  • Passionate about fashion, beauty, and hair industry
  • Self-motivated, creative, and proactive in taking initiatives

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25000 per month (depending on experience & skills)

  • Incentives / Bonuses based on performance and sales

Work Schedule

  • Full-time (Monday , wednesday ,thursday,friday,saturday,sunday) Tuesday off
  • Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Location: Mohali sector 70 Jubilee Walk
