Production Specialist(Copy Editing) - Remote + Night Shift

About the Role:
As a Production Specialist, you will support the assembly of products by working closely with both in-house and external resources. Your role will be to assist in ensuring that final products meet departmental standards and are prepared for distribution, contributing to the smooth execution of production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly of products under close supervision.

• Support routine production tasks, including the preparation of materials.

• Conduct preliminary checks to ensure products meet basic quality standards.

• Help maintain production schedules and timelines.

• Support the coordination of product release processes.

• Assist in tracking production costs and materials usage.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities.

• Participate in regular team meetings to review production goals.

• Provide support in maintaining communication with external resources.

• Assist in basic administrative tasks related to production operations.

Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously check the assembly process for compliance with standards.

• Basic Production Knowledge: Understanding of basic production processes and protocols.

• Communication: Capacity to clearly follow instructions and convey basic information.

• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet task deadlines.

• Record-Keeping: Skill in maintaining accurate production records.

• Team Collaboration: Capacity to work cooperatively with team members.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and report simple production issues.

• Basic Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with basic production tools and equipment.

• Requires basic knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within discipline

• Applies general knowledge of business and industry gained through education or experience

• Performs routine assignments and uses established policies and procedures to solve standard problems

• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level team member

• Impacts own work and has limited impact on work team

• Communicates straightforward information
